What is TRANSPROMO
Transpromotional mail is a relatively new form of direct marketing that many Australian companies are using to boost revenue and to communicate tailored sales or educational messages to existing customers.

It's called transpromotional mail (or just "transpromo") because it combines the existing transactional message that companies are already mailing to their customers (in bills, for example) with targeted promotional messages.

Your company may be able to use transpromotional messages to add value to the bills, account statements or any other essential mail that you're already sending to your customers. By using existing customer intelligence, you can ensure that the messages that you include on your essential mail are personalised, relevant and meaningful to your customers, greatly increasing your communications effectiveness.

  How TRANSPROMO works
Transpromo takes a regular bill, statement or invoice, and transforms it into an attractive marketing document, through the use of full colour variable data.

The statement remains, although in more appealing format, and new elements are added, according to the customer’s data, for instance female shoe shop customers would have a different image to male customers, younger women to older women. So in this case the bill on the left is what it used to look like, the bill on the right is the new statement, highlighting a hot offer.

Participants in transpromo report high levels of return. Marketing may come from in-house, or third party, in which case the cost of the real estate usually pays for the cost of producing the statement.
